The Joint Perforating Company, established in 2001 has re-invented the perforating process.
Traditionally, perforated tube is manufactured through a lengthy operation starting with flat strip, going through four stages before reaching the end result.

Our process perforates pre-formed tube in one operation, saving time, costs and providing an end result that also visually enhances the product. This combination makes JPC the preferred choice within the automotive and domestic appliance markets.

Using the latest manufacturing technology, JPC provides effective perforating in a variety of materials including stainless steel, titanium, mild steel and aluminised zinc coated steel from 32mm to 80mm outside diameter in lengths up to 1000mm long.
Our innovative tool design also allows tube perforation in various patterns that can be tailored to our individual client’s requirements.

Located in the midlands, JPC is ideally served by the motorway network to seamlessly cover all areas of the country utilizing its own transport fleet. In addition, JPC operates almost daily despatches to mainland Europe and is able to comply with the most rigorous of delivery demands.
