Quality Control
JPC are fully committed to quality in all aspects of our business
ensuring total customer satisfaction. We invest both time
and resources to ensure all our personnel are fully trained,
and we are continually improving both our processes and policies
to ensure both efficiency and satisfaction of a superior product
can be passed onto our customers
JPC are fully accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 are currently
in preparation for obtaining TS16949 during 2007. A copy
of our current certificate can be found here.
To secure product quality and program timing, the automotive
industry tools Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) are applied.
The requirements form the basis of our project management
system which creates a smooth transition from enquiry to
full production.
