Cutting:

JPC has invested heavily in new equipment and one such investment has been the purchase of a highly sophisticated and totally automated cutting and deburring line.

Perforating:

JPC has a total of four dedicated perforating machines each of which is fitted with a fully automatic bunker loading system allowing smooth trouble free manufacturing from start to finish. All machines are fitted with the latest CNC technology coupled
with brushless electrical motors for precise positioning ensuring accurate components are realized every time.

Manipulation:

The most recent addition to JPC’s capabilities has been the introduction of tube manipulation and bending equipment. This compliments our range of perforated tubes and once again fits our philosophy of keeping all operations in-house and ensures total control at all stages of manufacture.
We are able to offer end formed tubes in a wide variety of finishes including flaring, reducing, bulging, sizing and cruciforming.
