Services - Perforating

JPC has a total of four dedicated perforating machines each of which is fitted with a fully automatic bunker loading system allowing smooth trouble free manufacturing from start to finish.
All machines are fitted with the latest CNC technology coupled with brushless electrical motors for precise positioning ensuring accurate components are realized every time.

Tooling is manufactured in-house ensuring we have total control of the product and its design from conception to completion. Due to our extensive library of tooling most designs can be produced either from existing tooling or by the addition of a small modification which in most cases is relatively inexpensive.

Due to the versatile nature of the machines and the construction of the tooling almost any pattern is achievable in diameters ranging from 32.00mm OD to 80.00mm OD and wall thicknesses of up to 2.00mm. Holes sizes generally range from 2.00mm up to 12.00mm.
The bulk of our production is centered around stainless steel (ferritic and austenitic), aluminised steel and titanium however other materials can be considered upon request.
